The subscription has no binding period. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time.
You pay monthly when the goods leave our warehouse.
If you have ordered more than one article, it means that you have ordered more than one subscription.
The renewal takes place automatically on as many articles/subscriptions as you ordered on the first occasion. You can manage your subscription yourself on your pages: account.manclear.com where you log in with your email address (which you used when ordering).
When you are logged in, you can easily change the number of subscriptions, pause or end. You also see your information, when the next order will be delivered and what amount will be debited from your account.
Shipping & Returns
Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days.
We currently send our shipments with DHL. DHL notifies you via text message and email prior to delivery.
If you are notified that your package is waiting to be picked up in a parcel locker, you need to:
1. Follow the link in the text message you received from DHL.
2. Identify yourself with BankID, once identification is complete, an 8-digit code will appear on your phone. You will use that code to open the locker/box.
If you are notified to pick up your package at a delivery point that delivers over the counter, you need to:
1. Bring a valid ID and enter the last four digits of your TrackingID, this is the "code" to pick up the package over the counter.
Contact customer service via info@manclear.com and we will send you a return shipping label. The return fee will be charged at 79 SEK and will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.
