These terms and conditions apply to purchases of products and services from ManClear AB. When you make a purchase from us, you agree to these terms and conditions.

The person who made the purchase, hereinafter referred to as “you”, “your” or “the customer”. You must be at least 18 years of age to order.
Purchase option: subscription
Initially, there is no one-time purchase option, you sign up for an ongoing subscription. The subscription has no binding period and can be canceled at any time. If you do not cancel the subscription at least 10 days before the next scheduled delivery, it will be shipped and charged as usual.
We may adjust delivery intervals, product content and packaging. You will be informed of significant changes in good time. Minor adjustments will be made without special notice.
Payment
Payment is due upon delivery. Prices include VAT. In case of non-payment, the following will be added:

We only deliver within Sweden.
Right of withdrawal
According to the Distance Contracts Act (2005:59), you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your delivery.
If you want to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

Return the product unused, in its original condition

Return shipping cost 79 sek
Refund minus return shipping costs will be made within 14 days of us receiving the return.

Returns
Subscription products after the first delivery are not covered by the right of return or cancellation. To stop future mailings, you need to cancel the subscription at least 10 days before the next delivery date.
We are unable to redeem shipments that have been sent to agents, we encourage you to contact our customer service for a return shipping label.
Complaint
You have the right to complain about products that are faulty or damaged upon delivery. Complaints must be made within a reasonable time. Contact our customer service and we will help you further.
We follow the Consumer Purchase Act and the recommendations of the Swedish Complaints Board.
Personal information
We process your personal data to be able to deliver your order and provide you with good customer service. This includes handling contact details, delivery data and payment information.
We do not collect more information than necessary and always process it in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR). Full information on how we handle your data can be found in our Privacy Policy.
Marketing
By shopping with us, you agree that we may contact you via email, text message or phone with information about our products and promotions. You can opt out of further communication at any time.
Prices and delivery
All prices include VAT. Current prices and shipping terms are always updated on our website.
Normally delivery takes place within two weeks to addresses within Sweden.
Dispute resolution
In the event of any disputes, we will first try to reach a solution together with you. If we cannot agree, you as a consumer can turn to the Swedish General Complaints Board (ARN). Disputes can also be resolved by a Swedish court according to Swedish law.
