Delivery policy

1. Overview
This delivery policy describes how and when your dietary supplements are delivered when you shop in our e-commerce store (“Store”). The policy supplements our General Terms and Conditions and applies to all orders shipped to addresses within Sweden.
2. Delivery time

Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days from the time your order has left our warehouse

We process and ship orders placed on non-holiday weekdays before 2:00 PM the same day (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after this time or during a weekend/public holiday will be processed the next business day.

Peak season or unforeseen events may affect delivery times, but we always do our best to deliver within the promised time.
3. Shipping and delivery partners

Delivery partner: All shipments are currently sent with DHL.

DHL: Delivered to your postal address, notification via text message or email.

DHL Packages to companies: Delivery takes place during the day directly to the specified company address.

Tracking numbers are automatically sent via email when the package leaves our warehouse, so you can follow the shipment.
4. Shipping costs
The shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We offer free shipping when you subscribe to ManClear.
5. Delivery area
We currently only deliver to addresses within Sweden. We are working to expand our delivery area and will update this policy as more countries are added.
6. Unclaimed or failed deliveries
If a package is not collected within DHL's holding period (usually 7 days), it will be returned to us. We reserve the right to charge an administration fee of 149 SEK for unclaimed packages to cover handling and shipping costs.
7. Transport damage and missing goods
Always check your package when you pick it up. If the packaging is visibly damaged, please report it directly to the agent and then contact our customer service info@manclear.com, as soon as possible - but no later than within 7 calendar days - with photos of the damage. We follow DHL's rules for complaints about transport damage.
8. Delivery delays
Should the delivery be delayed by more than two working days beyond the specified time frame (i.e. more than 6 working days in total), you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge. In this case, please contact our customer service, info@manclear.com.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, government decisions). However, we undertake to inform you as soon as possible in the event of such events.
